The behavior modification plan you receive at Click With Your Dog takes both you and your dog into consideration. If you don't understand a method, or are struggling with implementation, it can be difficult to see consistent behavior change in your dog. This is why we make sure the methods we are using with your dog are easy to understand.

At Click With Your Dog you will work one-on-one with a trainer to learn the training techniques and management practices your dog needs to improve their behavior, whether that behavior is dog reactivity, aggression, or anxiety. At the end of training, you and your dog will have built confidence and trust in each other. You will know how to respond if your dog is showing a negative behavior, how to continue their progress, and how to maintain their behavior. Our training focuses on real life situations, especially for reactive or anxious dogs. We don't want you to finish training still feeling the need to hide behind cars or turn around any time you see one of your dogs triggers.

Our focus is on teaching your dog what we would like them to do, instead of solely focusing on stopping behaviors. Dogs (and people) do better when they know what we would like them to do instead of trying to figure out what we don't want. Your initial consultation will also cover management techniques to prevent behaviors from continuing to be rehearsed, as this is often the first step in creating behavior change.
