Socialization
Socialization teaches your puppy how to interact with the world and view new things in a positive way. Socialization goes beyond meeting new dogs and new people, it also includes noises, environments, surfaces, and more.
Manners
By starting your puppy off with basic manners training, you can prevent many behavioral issues in the future. For example, jumping up or pulling on the leash might be alright when your puppy is 8 weeks old, but if that behavior is reinforced it is much harder to handle when your dog is an adult. Using positive reinforcement puppy training, your puppy will enjoy learning and be able to maintain their skills long after training is over.
management
Management is an easy way to prevent unwanted behaviors from being reinforced, as well as ensure positive behavior is encouraged. There are multiple ways to manage puppy behavior in order to prevent behaviors including jumping, chewing inappropriate objects, and using the toilet indoors.
Day training is an intensive program where your trainer will work one-on-one with your dog 3 times a week for six weeks. Every other week you will have a coaching session to go over what your dog has learned and how to maintain their behavior. Day training is an alternative to traditional board and train, where your dog still gets the benefit of working one-on-one with a trainer while remaining in their home with their family.
